Design Highlights
(I) Glaze Craftsmanship
Using a kiln-fired process, each piece of tableware boasts a unique blue-green glaze. During the firing process, the metal oxides in the glaze and the natural colorants undergo a complex chemical reaction, resulting in a blue-green hue with varying shades and natural transitions. Reminiscent of nature's uncanny handiwork, each color shift is a surprise, endowing the tableware with unique artistic value.
(II) Appearance Design
Bowl: The sleek, rounded bowl design is ergonomic and comfortable to hold. The slightly flared rim makes it easy to hold food and serve. Bowls of different sizes can be used for soup, rice, or small dishes.
Plate: The round plate's slightly raised rim prevents spillage; the oval fish plate's smooth shape perfectly fits the fish, enhancing its presentation and making it easy to handle.
Dish: The dish's moderate depth makes it ideal for holding sauces, side dishes, or snacks, offering a compact and versatile design. (3) Edge Decoration
The tableware's edges feature a dark embellishment, creating a striking contrast with the main blue-green glaze. This not only adds a sense of depth visually but also creates a retro feel. The dark edges are meticulously polished for a smooth, delicate finish that won't scratch your mouth and also enhances the tableware's durability.
Material and Craftsmanship
(1) Material Analysis
High-quality kaolin clay is used as the raw material. This clay exhibits excellent plasticity and fire resistance. After high-temperature firing, the ceramic becomes hard, dense, and resistant to deformation and cracking. Furthermore, tableware made from kaolin clay is safe and non-toxic, meeting food contact standards and can be used with confidence.
(2) Craftsmanship Details
Molding Process: The tableware is formed using either hand-throwing or die-pressing. Hand-thrown tableware retains the craftsman's warmth and unique texture, creating a more artistic feel. Die-pressed tableware achieves precise dimensions and excellent consistency.
Firing Process: The ceramic undergoes high-temperature firing, reaching temperatures of 1200°C to 1300°C. This high temperature transforms the ceramic's physical and chemical properties, making it more durable and durable, while also enhancing the glaze's stability and brilliance. Quality Inspection Process: Every piece of tableware undergoes rigorous quality inspections before shipment, including visual inspection (for cracks, spots, and other defects), dimensional measurement (to ensure compliance with standard specifications), and strength testing (to verify the sturdiness of the tableware). Only products that pass all inspections are released to the market, ensuring consumers receive high-quality tableware.
